XCR Winter Heat Review So Far

As XCR is in the midst of its 2 week break before continuing the Winter Heat season, the point battle stays the main story as BLS 42 and Doit 11 are just separated by 2 points after the first 7 races. BLS 42 has no wins but has gathered finishes of no worse then 4th while despite two wins, Doit 11 has an 8th place finish at Kokomo which may be the cause of why he still behind B42. Coming up to the grind of the schedule the battle between the two should be furious going into the last race.
BLS v6 has some how snuck into 3rd in points making all 6 features hes attempted. That big ass wing on his car must be helping him. Despite only running in four features JFR A2D has a win and two 2nd place finishes which has lifted him to 4th in points. Aspen was a complete disaster for the Las Vegas native but dont count him out just yet. XCR 58 has seemed to make most of the features but hasn't had anything special except for the near deadly accident at KLMS that almost took the life of JFR 4H.
VLR 18 has showed up for three races and hasn't lost yet. He sits 6th in points and should be a threat to win more by seasons end. VLR Shock has shown up to four races and two of them have turned to DNF's due to his piece of (bleep) internet. In typical Shock fashion he will use that warp to wreck everyone before exiting the race. BLS 34 has once again proved he sits in the right place at the right time his consistency on making features has put him 8th in points. BLS Deadbolt is a huge surprise making four of the five races hes attempted including a 5th place finish at Oskaloosa. JFR Jim has only shown up three times but two of those are top 3 finishes which is why he still sits 10th in points.
Honorable mentions include BLS F1yer with his win at East Bay against 24 other competitors. BLS Lazy for attempting every race though he hasn't made a feature yet his commitment deserves to be noted. Doit 94 has returned to the racing scene after a long time away picking up two top 5's in his three appearances this season. And finally Squirrel for attempting four races and NOT wrecking or spinning anyone (I (bleep) you not).
The team points are extremely close as well as VLR leads with 42 points closely followed by BLS with 37, Doit with 36 and JFR with 33. The average car count this season is 17 cars per night. On track incidents have been kept to a minimal as drama has somewhat stayed away on the track, but off the track is where theres been action. At East Bay, JFR 4H was wrecked in the C Main then went balistic in the stands and knocked the teeth out of a shock fan (the only shock fan who possesses teeth).
XCR Winter Heat will resume action on January 7th at Spindale. Racing starts at 8 eastern.
