2007 Pro Division Winter Season 9 of 12 - DW_Dixie

Racey track but a very tight line this week at the Great Dixie Speedway. 21 haulers made the pull to the track this week at Team-IFRT's Pro Division race. Awesome night of racing with only a cpl incidents.

Pole sitter and fast qualifier SNYDER missed the race due to his hauler breaking down on the interstate. Heat 1 had Points leader IFRT-PJSRACER took the win with IFRT-FARMER gaining but running out of laps getting 2nd. They would be the only 2 IFRT'ers to make the A Main. Heat 2 had smokin EVR-LENNY09 winning with 1 of the "invaders" VLR-5150 grabbing 2nd. Heat 3 had, of course... whoelse but... GLH-TITAN winning not once but twice due to a server park, and XRT-DOT putting in a awesome run getting 2nd.

The 1st B Main had 1st timer to our league VLR-BR and another "invader" winning and XRT-JUS getting the final transfer spot from this B Main. Mr. 3rd place XRT-RB got... you guessed it 3rd, IFRT-ZACH 4th, IFRT-JRS007 5th, Invader 3 VLR-KEVIN 6th and IFRT-WELLDRILLER 7th. B Main 2 had series points leader EVR-TD running off with the win with XRT-JEFF rounding out the A Main field in 2nd. GLH-REBEL races to 3rd, IFRT-RCW77 4th, IFRT-NEWBS 5th, IFRT-DOSIER 6th amd IFRT-DWNNDRTY 7th.

The IFRT-Non qual. race had 5 drivers staying around with XRT-RB winning, IFRT-JRS007 in 2nd, IFRT-DWNNDRTY 3rd, VLR-KEVIN 4th and IFRT-RCW77 finished in 5th. On to the A Main. The 1st half dozen laps was all IFRT-PJSRACER but it wouldnt be long before smokin EVR-LENNY09 passes him and doesnt look back.

Hounded all race by GLH-TITAN EVR-LENNY09 gets another victory with GLH-TITAN in 2nd, top "Invader" VLR-5150 finishes a strong race in 3rd, VLR-BR 4th, IFRT-FARMER 5th, XRT-JEFF 6th, XRT-DOT 7th, XRT-JUS 8th, EVR-TD 9th and a late motor failure puts IFRT-PJSRACER in 10th. Great turnout yet again this week with a stellar lineup all around.
