at farmer city there was a caution after gates warped and hit someone else. gates was moved to the last car on the lead lap and after the race said there was nothing about in the rules but i disagree
from S&S Racing rule book
if there are any incidents happen during the race that need to be resolved and the rules dont say anything about it the race directer makes the decision of what happens.


since i was the race director i made the call. Dose any one see a problem with the call i made?

Seems pretty consistatnt with what the other leagues do...id put it in my rules though so theres no gray area

I've seen plenty of times where Shock has warped out and got his spot back, same with King....mine happens ONE time and I get sent to the back when it wasn't in the rules anywhere (making me assume it would be brought to the last completed lap). I'm more pissed about the fact the rule went into affect in the middle of the race and couldn't wait until after race was totally done. Also, I'd LOVE to see a replay of what happened cause I don't understand how I warped and hit B42 when I was a second ahead of him.

I've never warped out and got my spot back. If I warped out they would call it a froze car and start me tail. If I warp they just usually don't restart the race cause it's not bad and is just more of a steady thing where my car is facing to the right. But I've never warped out and got a spot back that I can recall, and if I did, thanks to whoever let me have the spot back. Someone warped out a week or two ago (A2D I think) and his final race result showed him first but I believe he got last on the website for the league it was at because every1 else saw him as a froze car

Yeah only 2 things Ive ever seen is:

1. You start tailback
2. You are considered to have a blown motor and get last.

Think you got the better part of the options

From what I remember you have...but hell, even if I'm wrong I'm still with you. I warped a for a whole turn (I know, bad huh) and I didn't park and my car was fine after the corner. B42 says I nailed him because of my warp but I'm having a hard time understanding how when I was 1+ seconds ahead of him and he was NEVER in my screen when I was warping.

I didn't save my replay but I was behind him. Your car left the track and when it came back on it went right through his car. He had no place to go to avoid it.

From what I saw, It wasnt that bad, It happends to someone about every A, Gates you was the car to beat, just had some bad luck hit ya.

Still, the rule is made for people who park...I never did and I only warped for about a half lap at the most...Kings car is sideways all the damn time and people never get a restart if he takes someone out o.O

Actually Gates, BLS_42 was cumin on pretty strong as well as BLS_34 and I, we all got stuck but was free to race with 35 to go. Your car went sliden to the right off track, then came shooting back up through BLS_42. BLS_34 and myself were lined up catching both of ya and then we all had to check up because when you hit BLS_42, it spun him around on track, which we had to avoid therefore closing our night also.It's not our fault you left your Yahoo IM on and got a IM during race. Just because someone is .01 faster doesn't mean "they are the car to beat", because at ANY track at ANY time, ANY car can win!!!

To put this in a real scenario: Gates has pulled out to the lead, while the race is on behind him, lap 15 of 50, 2nd is gaining some ground, 3rd, and 4th are lined up pulling up to the leaders, Gates gets a text from bullit, he reads it and it says, "Hey Bro, just to let ya know, bout lap 29 I'm going to throw a hook out on back stretch so stay low." Lap 29 of 50, Gates goes low in the corner folks, he looks out of gas, OH NO!!! He just turned around in the middle of the track, took off to the pits, changed a tire, then Smashed the 2nd place driver, OK folks, the flagman has given the 85 car the Black Flag, the yellow is out, and what is this, the 42 can continue, they got r fixed up during yellow, he will now lead the cars to the green, and their off, checkered Flag BLS_42 wins!!! What A Night!!!

Good way to put it into perspective, lol...the main thing I'm just wondering though is why a restart was called when it was just warp. I've played DTR/DTR2 for like 12 years and this is the first time I've EVER seen a restart called from warp, usually the rule is just for parking. And I raced the heat and 30 laps of the A-Main with Yahoo on and it was just fine, Bullet said he sent that message basically right as we started the A and was fine. What if it was just the server? What if someone else caused the warp?

Go figure, B42 needs to cherrypick for wins at a startup series and all of the dtr2 ballwashers think he's 1st tier [bleep] but he's more like Jsn, only competes on them shitty no talent draft tracks where all you do flat foot it which takes no skill in throttle control and occasional tugs of thier wheels to the left after finally coming to the end of the straightaways after 15 seconds of boring, copmlete gayness. Dude wasn't even winning the s$srace but needed an assist from the warpy servers to get his win after i saw b42 in 216 63 or in the browser all day in locked down servers practicing 3.6 million laps, while the jfr beast in gates prolly just showed up and ran. All B42 amounts to is a quieter version of Tony.

watch out he gunna call us all a bunch of punks again but maybe this time he will do it to where we can all read it not behind our backs..... but prolly not, he will prolly just write bull again and talk more [bleep].

I'm the one that called for a restart, becasue we were all just getting to lap traffic, we were were closing in on Gates while in lap traffic, he shoots off track, kills BW while returning to track, causes us to check up, so ya I called for a restart, don't mean evryone had to esc, and after the race I coulda been docked for talking in vent and the race go on!

The right call was made when Gates car left the track then klobbered me then i hear about JFR tryin to strongarm s-s22 about making a call against their team after i left vent like i thought they would cause they are a bunch of useless punks with no balls.TNJon, anyone would let you use their vent im sure,JFR may be childish and not let you use theirs because you ruled against them.

Gates was fast and rough enough to make up a few spots but decided not to run.

You JFR s can kiss my a$$ and if anyone wants to know what anyone is sayin about them on Yahoo just chat with Bullett.

Think I'll take 4H s advice ,and go try another game cause all i can run is drafters even though i have won on all types of tracks by staying out of trouble and being consistant. It aint my fault who dont show up and run ,so i guess no one should run new leagues races or sprint car races cause its cherry pickin.
Seems to be a lot of interest from people that didn't even run the race, must be boring where you all are.

1. So now im a rough driver huh? Maybe I've gotten a little rougher since my beginning days but Im only driving the same damn way EVERYONE drives me EVERY race and Im sick of being taken out every race...

2. Ive seen a lot of what you said...maybe JFR will stop running flat tracks when new tracks coming out aren't flat tracks...your team owner making most of them...

3. What if it was Kings warp that caused it? Or maybe server went bad for a split second? I ran with yahoo up the whole damn time with NO problems...they were "strong-arming" Jon because he made a rule during the middle of a damn feature which isn't right...AT ALL

Just uninstalled yahoo. Problem solved if anyone needs me just find me when im in vent.

I would say you made the right call one thing to rember man its your race that your putting on so there for you make the call you see fit never under any circumstances will you please everyone always going to have crybags

Its a video game, You probably know no one on here personally, To say people has no balls over a computer shows your oh so super maturity/punkish....Its a game, We as teams usually defend our teammates...The reason I said your should just play nascar is because you said all JFR and VLR runs is flat slick tracks. Maybe so but look how many car's both team is averaging...Thats what made me mad, I appreciate the flat slick tracks F1/Shock make. I don't mind drafter sometimes but i'm not a fan....Too call JFR childish is also the most terrible thing ever, Just because all of JFR won't kiss ass to everyone or set around and get run over doen't make us childish. As for Jon using vent, Why would we stop him?
