Well I don't think it was winrar but my hard drive crashed today good thing I backed all my files up or id be screwed

All I did was flip it over. Its exactly like your default car. I didn't change it in any other way but from one chassis to another.

Why the Hell would anyone have WINRAR anyways????? EVERYTHING but 1% of any games files are uploaded in ZIP mode. So why have WinRar to exe 1 thing out of a 100???? It is way to big (my winzip is 1/4 that of winrar) and NEVER used! If someone uploads a skin or track that is in rar, only 2 people will be able to get it, Shock and Gates, well now dirt and giesler so 4! No one has been able to upload Gates or Blazes' skins casue they are in rar mode and again why would we want to download ANOTHER program to install 2 skins. I had winrar and looks like a lot of others too, and we ALL say it sucks except for 1 or 2 people. In a vote, 2 out of 10 sucks!!! Maybe the reviews you are looking at Shock, are for different uses. When 99% of the downloads in all SCE, RFactor, and other games are WinZip, why would I download a BIG program to use 1% of the time?

Dirt,, copy and paste your late model skin you want to convert to G5 to desktop, right click, click rename, name it SRF_Dirt G5, click open file location, double click skin str folder icon then rename car=late model to car=G5 Warrior <<<< or whatever car it is you want to use, then click save!!! then right click on folder, click send to compressed folder, then open WinZip (if you ned mine I wll upload it or yo can get itfrom me This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ) click browse to select your folder, then set it up frm there! If you need any help lemme know or if no one has gotten it done for ya lemme know, IF ANYTHING we can upload it in both files RAR and ZIP!

Ya , you don't need WinRar most if not all tracks and skins are uploaded in zip mode.

Win-Rar is 235kb. It's about as small of a file as you're gonna get. F1yer, Jammin, all the track makers use it to. You do know you can make a zip file in Win-Rar don't you?

Well I would say my WinZip is small, 4kb. campared to your 256kb it's alot smaller. I make all my self exe files with my winzip, seems it would be easier to use 1 program to make a file. Maybe I am lost because I don't make all the track stuff and wouldn't know where to begin, but my WinZip is AWESOME!!! I can upload it if ya'll want it. It's VERY small and is very easy to use. I can't download files then RUN them,so I have to make a compressed folder then make it exe, when I used WinRar for that, it took forever and there were a couple things I had no clue how to do, so I used WinZip and it worked great. I guess I am confused!
