9/27/15 (New Richmond, Wisconsin) Team ICE and VLR headed to Cedar Lake Speedway in upper Wisconsin for the USA Nationals 60. Heading into the event, Atwood777 was looking for his third win to keep a perfect 150 points. However, other drivers were getting thirsty for a win as they were tired of seeing Atwood in victory lane for the past two weeks and having SKM_Smallz win almost every night race. We welcomed two XCR drivers tonight as XCR_RB and XCR_94 made the trek to Wisconsin. Not making the trek again was rmn00 as he is still grounded for not picking up dog shit. I don't blame him. Who wants to do that. ICE_KK21Jr was also unable to make the trek due to being to tired from homecoming.
Qualifying rolled out at 8:30 with Atwood surprisingly snatching the top spot away from Smallz and VLR_Bubba who both qualified very fast. Atwood scored a 12.77. He proclaimed he was slow at Cedar Lake but still managed to get fast time. I guess he must've been drunk when he said that, or his girlfriend said it for him. Smallz and Bubba both tied with a 12.78. VLR_Shock, arriving just in time to qualify, was the slowest car with a 13.47. Was he testing or was he really just that slow? Time would tell.
Heats rolled out with Atwood taking heat 1 over Bubba, ICE_KingGinger, VLR_Momper, and ICE_MattB10. Atwood and Bubba battled the whole race, but Atwood prevailed on the final lap to pass him and win heat 1. Heat 2 was took by a dominate Smallz, followed by RB, Shock, BLS_J-Mac, and X94. The dash was took again by Smallz.
With everything wrapped up, the A-Main was lined up and ready to go. Starting front row was Smallz and Bubba followed by Shock and KG. At the drop of the green, Smallz took the lead, however, followed closely by Shock. The race progressed smoothly till lap 10 when KG starting choking again and causing him and Momper to be knocked out of the race. Shock had also caught and passed Smallz by this time and was beginning to pull away from the pack. Atwood made his way into 4th passing KG and RB.
Disaster struck halfway when Momper and RB were battling when RB hit the wall and Momper came up and ended up shoving him into the pits. RB was not a happy person. He expressed this after the race. Back up front, Atwood had made his way past Bubba and then Smallz 10 laps later. It seemed Atwood might have a chance to win. Meanwhile, the back row starters, J-Mac and X94, had slowly worked there way up to 6th and 7th after both of them having troubles early spinning. Momper also found himself in 5th after KG and MB fought once again.
The race progressed normally after that with having some laps cars in the mix. Only 5 cars finished on the lead lap surprisingly. Shock went on to win the race with Atwood coming in 2nd. Shock was the slowest qualifier of the night but it turned out he was faking the qualifying run and wanted to start in the back. Atwood, being the fastest qualifier, had a great run. Bubba finished 3rd and Smallz finished 4th. After the race, Smallz blamed his internet. After all, it could've been that blood moon making an appearance that cause his internet to suffer. Momper finished 5th. J-Mac finished 6th with X94 in 7th. KG, two laps down, finished 8th, and RB and MB finished 9th and 10th

Atwood retains the points lead with 147 points with a 11 point lead over Shock.
