Someone I know personally has told me a problem he is having with his game online and I have seen happen. When we start a race sometimes his car is just falling through the air and eventually lands on the back stretch all beat to hell. He has had this problem before but the problem went away and now it's back. We really need help. Any ideas other than reinstalling the game would be apprisheated.

He could possibly try turning on Monitor Refresh Sync in the game options (If it's already on, try turning it off. Let me know if that works)

Another thing to add he is running windows 8.1.1.
Also being as we are not home, is there anything else you could think it could be so when we try this we could try other thing without having to ask and wait again? Thank you.
