I wholeheartedly agree. I can't get a good enough internet connection where I live to race online, but I've been able to make some challenging offline series with the right downloads and custom alterations to the game. I have really enjoyed learning about building my own series and trying new things to make the game harder. I'm still in the process of building the perfect offline sprint car series. I am so grateful to everyone who edits tracks with good A.I.
As for you question, Hoover, I'd say it's time to run some mods. When I start a career from scratch, I usually try to get into the highest class available as quickly as possible.
I have a question for you an anyone else who runs offline series. At what point do you replace tires? I usually buy new tires when they wear down to 40%. Should I spend more money on tires, or let them go closer to 0% before replacing them? Along those same lines... Do you fix your damage after every race or do you hold off? I have found that I still run good lap times as long as my damage doesn't drop below 90%, but I'd love to get someone else's thoughts on the subject.
