ok , i got one for the computer nerds out there

in task manager , i know what the applications are and turn them off
i have looked thru and gt my processes down to 21 , i would like to know what else i can turn off
and on the services screen i have turned off as much as i can figure ut what it is , but there are many more running that i do not under stand

for example what is WinHttpAutoProxySvc , beynd just naming it for me , is it needed to run the cmp with out issue ?? and VSS = Volume Shadow Copy - what is that?

im sure there has to be more i can turn off t better my comp performance while dtr2-ing
