I know of this happening 2 other times at tracks I know. One was at I think Lebanon Valley, there was a wreck and a car flipped into a light pole on the back stretch, took it down and all the lights went out at the track. The other time was last year at Penn Can Speedway, during the modified feature, the generator died. All the lights went out, they started to get them back on and it quit again. There was like a 45 min intermission in the middle of a 35 lap race. lol

lol yea it happned at elkins 1 time to but half lights went out and yellow was displayed then after all cars slowed all went out 30 mins to get back on in 25 lap race lol
