how do i put dif. wheels, mudplugs, beadlocks,ETC..... on a skin that is already painted using psp7??? any help is appreciated

I just downloaded the wheels off of the vlr site and then i copied and pasted them and put them on the skin over the old ones and then went to "Layer" "Merge" "Merge all" and then save it and they will be saved on the skin.
