I have finished the Offline Sprint Series and can't get the tracks or skins to upload can someone help me out?

if there is a limit of KB I can upload at one time i need to know that....the tracks are 126,927 KB and the skins are 15,542 KB the series itself is pretty small.

looks like 15.18KB with the skins and 17 - 43 MB for the tracks I don't know tho, I just looked at what was uploaded here
