Everything's fine. I can change the shape of the cars, but when I move certain parts (like moving the nose and tail in closer so the car won't be too long, or resizing the whole car), when I try to start a race with the car I edited, the game crashes about 1/4 the way loading and gives me some error about the lod values and suspensions. What am I doing wrong? I know resizing is possible, because of F1yer's 4 bangers. How do you do it so that it doesn't crash?

you might try downloading the mod-lites or go carts or something and compare what was changed

You have to go in and change the values in the suspension file if you got you axle and wheel base askew.
