I was able to see the 2nd video today real fast before they took it down & it clearly showed Kevin Ward grab onto Tony's wing & tried grabbing the roll cage & fell off right into the rear tire. Unfortunate accident but blame can only be put on Ward. Can't get out of ur car & walk onto the track with cars on it.

All this talk of Tony having a temper & it looks like the kid was the one with the temper. I know the family is grieving but after all the crazy things the dad & aunt are saying now they are making the Ward family look pretty bad. Their lawyer needs to tell them to keep quiet till they are able to think clearly.

It's hard for me to believe that. If you pause the first video right before Tony hits him it looks like Ward takes off trying to run away but it's too la te.

Ugh. hate how the media keeps debating who is at fault. . The police are investigating it, they are the ones will have to determine intent or not. I for one don't think anyone else can or should discuss it one way or another.

thats dumb shock he wasnt trying to run away lol - he went right after him - & they have a slow mow of the first video now also & u can see his hand on the wing.
