VLR FAST 10'S ARE BACK

VLR Fast 10's are BACK (2023)! Click here to view! Simply join 74.91.122.77:32263 IP in DTR2 and set the laps to 10 in default late models for your time to show up!

To get the game to work online, simply download RivaTuner Statistics Server and click the + sign to add dtr2.exe and then set the frame rate to be 120FPS!

lookin good so far.........btw is it possible you could get away from using M_0 or M_1 textures.You and shock both have 3 tracks i cant race because of the lag they cause.

i can try to get away from them....they are just eaisier to paint and edit....wonder why it does that to you? i mean all the stock tracks come with alot of m0 and m1 textures ...do they also cause your game to lag? not being a smart ass at all just curious to why an ordinary tex file would cause that.

its the texture file they are using
its supposed to be high resolution
and it creates problems with some peoples comps , and game
from what i have seen - it makes certain things n the screen flash
and ive seen it make things disappear when viewing it from certain angles

i have an issue when i start layer alpha files like a fence then a crowd and a grandstand sometimes the grandstands will disappear when i layer them like that

default trakcs do use the m0 and m1 but they also have m2 m3 and m4 for lower resolutions.if you take them all out but the m0 or m1 then it causes issues with some computers.the issues ur having with the stuff dissapearing is either in the .tex file youre using or u have an m1 texture covered with and m2 texture.the game looks for m0 1st and the closer u get to it it switches to the m1 and so on so ur graphics card doesnt have to work as hard.if you only have the m0 in the track folder it strokes the graphics card out and could actually cause peoples pc hardware to fail.if you run into issues with alpha files in the future get with me on yahoo and we will figure it out.

yes it should fix it.....i know it is a little harder to do the m2 textures but the m0 and m1 textures dont make the game look any better.i know it may not be as big of an issue with some people but it could be in the long run.

I think I've seen that....at Canandaigua, theres a sign or 2 on the backstretch that changes as I go by it. It says one thing then changes to something else.
