Ok guys.....everyone always has a track request so we gonna have this lil contest.If you would like your local track,a favorite track or an already made dtr2 track made or redone.Get pictures,size,banking info and everything else u can think of and make a presentation of why you think your track should be chosen.Make a folder with all of the info and pics and post it here on vlr and post a few pics and a little info on it here in this forum thread.We will choose the top 3 and then we will let everyone vote for the winner.Do not just post the name of the track on here and expect anyone to look at it because we will just delete that post.We need pictures of the track and major points of interest on it and not just a few cars in the turns.1 track per person please.Deadline for initial presentation is Nov 30th.Good Luck guys! I hope to see some good stuff.

Listed as a half-mile clay oval, in Hartford, Michigan is really closer to a 5/8-mile racetrack, Hartford Motor Speedway has had a long and unique history. First built as a dirt track, it was paved in the 1970’s. It then reverted back to a dirt track in the 1980s, and even lay dormant for more than a decade. It seats 6500 for the regular Friday night program featuring UMP Late Models, UMP Modifieds, Factory Stock and Pure Stock.

This track is the largest and fastest dirt track complex in South Australia. It has built a national and international reputation as one of the sports most exciting and memorable venues, It is located at Virginia, 26 kilometres north of Adelaide just off Highway One and 20 minutes from the heart of Adelaide. The Speedway venue has the capacity to hold more than 10,000 spectators. This coming season in 2012 the Australian 410 Sprintcar Title is being held at this track.

There is a dirt track in Joplin Mo. that I went to when I was about 15 that was the best looking dirt track I have ever seen. Ill look to see if I can get you some details on it. And the Texas Motor Speedway has a sweet dirt track!

i would love to see more tracks posted for the contest... i guess it just isnt that popular a subject as i thought it would be.

F1 you know I got alot of tracks in mind but wanted to give everyone else a shot since youve made me a few already

would love to have a JFR track but unsure of how we want it to look, ill get with jfr members and come up with something and get back to you.
